Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Certain personal care items, intimate wear, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

Return Shipping

In case of defective/damaged products, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
