Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return & refund process as per the following terms:

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

     

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

    • Certain personal care items, intimate wear, and perishable goods are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

     

  2. Damaged or Defective Products

     

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

     

  3. Refund Process

     

    • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or as store credit.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.

     

  4. Return Shipping

     

    • In case of defective/damaged products, return shipping costs will be borne by us.

    • For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
